Commission on Higher Education (CHED) announces the following series of Seminar Workshops sponsored by International English Learners Training Institute (IETLI) to be held this coming February and March 2013 in Iloilo and Baguio City. 

These workshops are open to all Department of Education (DepEd) personnel including teachers, school principals and heads as well as supervisors.
